Planning and Evaluation
Project Description Check the followings: Background and planning & Timetable file objectives and Results file To know about the :"One world one sign language" check the PowerPoint The idea of the project emerged due to inability of deaf and hearing impaired people to communicate with other, whether it is in the society around him or the outside community, and that the lack of a common language to refer in the world, which leads to isolation, frustration and inability to adapt, and the inability to contribute to the social life and teaching and tender, and leads to more violence and aggression . it was necessary to reaffirm the right of this category through the recognition of the privacy language, standardization of the language among the deaf in the world, similar to other members of the community speaking Arabic, English and other languages, and here came the idea of the project . Now , the world try to mix special needs people in the education and in society but how we can make this mixture without unified sign language which enable deaf people to communicate with their friends , local society Arab society and all the world . Its main goal is Publishing and enriching the sign language for the deaf as a universal language and help students master the collected information, acquire 21st century skills. The evaluations were before during and after the project and the students divided the responsibility between themselves and they work as one team . They planned for their work and selected a time table to achieve these activities as follow : Field visits to several different schools , Visits to the Educational Psychological Counseling Center at the University of Assiut Making interviews with professors to discuss and publish the idea of the project . visit to Department of Mental Health in Assuit university . Investing of mass media and television to publish the idea of the project and marketing for their products , The students achieved the required tasks on the fixed time . The students spent 9 weeks and the project still and will continue and they were responsible for details and the role of the teacher was Facilitator guide and supervisor for the teaching to help others . The Beginning Design of the Learning Environment Collaboration :
strategies : Design of learining environment Questionnaire Evaluation At the beginning of the project: Students watched a short video introducing the problem of sign language . They observed that there is a difference in sign language for the deaf from country to another, They discussed content of the video and posed an important question is "Why is the sign language is Different from country from country ? " and have begun research and propose solutions to this global problem that lead the inability to communicate with the community. Therefore, students prepared an electronic questionnaire through Survey Monkey site to obtain the best and accurate information. All data were analyzed electronically through a scientific method by using Excel to increase transparency and credibility presenting the facts. Students also collected information, sorted data from a field study about sign language, represented the data using graphs & designed presentations . Consequently, students were more engaged to learn about the sign language as well as some listening, comprehensive and writing skills. Collaboration : Collaboration is a requirement in this project as students have to collectively work in teams throughout ,the students are free to choose the technology tools to achieve teaching tasks. Design of the Learning Environment . assessments Other assessments We used different strategies in the project, such as:?We used the strategy of brainstorming cooperative learning by asking the students some questions to know their knowledge about this subject . project-based learning, problem solving and other active learning strategies Students collected information about the Sign Language through internet and social networks such as Facebook then they designed a brochure and distributed it in the workshop containing all information about the Sign Language . Making a questionnaire to search our knowledge of signal language and its differences from any country to the other by using of internet to invite all world to share in collecting the greatest number of sings and to choose the easiest sign and put it in the dictionary . Executing their field study outside class , self-regulation, planning. Students used Publisher,, AutoCollage, Movie Maker, Paint, to produce digital materials to present & share knowledge. Information and communication technology has an important role to support learning process because it Facilitate the cooperation between the students and teachers and between the students and the experts for example using of windows live movie marker to make folders and Microsoft publisher to make videos and using of camera and making of Facebook group for cooperation and producing of presentations and videos and electronic questionnaire to collect information and know the opinions and putting labels article working , exhibition and making folders for communication between themselves and they created some communications means such as an open site and the presented some presentations for normal students to exchange the experiences . The students find a new information and they produce special videos for the visiting so the students cared with understanding of knowledge and using office group to produce the presentation and using internet to search about any information and suggesting some useful internet sites with the consideration of special needs To manage this project perfectly students’ carried out planning by organizing ideas and information by using Mind Mapper in order to deal with the topic comprehensively . the activities and the technological tools helped in developing learning skills among students and in building knowledge as well as experience then transferring it to others. This was done through the paper and the electronic questionnaires which enabled them to analyze and practice inquiry through Excel program. This helped them to think scientifically to reach appropriate solutions to the problem and the ability to face problems and decision-making to solve them. Furthermore, strengthened their communication skills and interaction with peers and society around them and gain experience of social difficult to acquire in classroom through social networking sites and and personal interviews.

However, the experimentation and application provided them with more knowledge and using it in treating the real problem suffered by The world of the deaf in the whole world by using different research methods such as the internet and interested as well as conducting interviews With specialists to identify the size and seriousness of the problem . They followed the scientific method to formulate the problem in the form of a question : "Do the deaf able to communicate with the outside world and the local community without a standardized sign language?“ Afterwards, they collected data from Sign language of the Internet and field visits then analyzed the results and proposed solutions to the problem. Conducted an analytical study by using paper and electronic questionnaire as an accurate way to collect data. They compared the results with the questionnaire’s results then organized and analyzed data through practicing critical thinking. The students found a new information and they produce special videos for the visiting so the students cared with understanding of knowledge and using office group to produce the presentation and using internet to search about any information and suggesting some useful internet sites for people with special needs . The students analyzed the collected data and they had the decisions for its contain and using of technology gave them the chance to create and produce new ideas and their products had an important role in the knowledge construction . Extended Learning Beyond the Classroom
This project was as a chance to learn out the school and publishing of the idea and the students shared with other students in the school of general education and they exchanged the experiences on Facebook . With this kind of education we will avoid boring shape of education and direct to creation and interesting which isn’t related to any place or time and as we told before that the students used modern technology internet facebook and opened site to communicate with themselves this subject is not important only for only Egyptian society but all world and we hope to find any solution for this problem this project charactered the awareness of the students and their feeling with the need of uniform signal dictionary the students try to find an environment with its normal persons who have a high level of education and have the ability of changing and making their society more advanced . To transfer the effect of their work and generalize the experiment on the biggest number of community members’ students displayed the workshop that included many topics such as Communicate, sign language, the seminar In Assiut University . Many organizations participated such as the education and media and TV. At the end of the workshop a message was sent through media within an article about the community role in dealing communicate with the deaf . 1- 2- Students on a visit to the Center of Educational Psychological Counseling at Assiut University 3- YouTube Channel 4- Project link on the facebook group 5 – Spread the idea of the project by showing students handmade products 6- Spread the idea of the project through social media and the creation of online OneNote.

The students visited many places such as in Assuit university and made an interview with upper Egypt channel and they made an exhibition which attracted a lot of teachers and educational leaders all of that created cooperation and new ideas for the students . Using of modern technology as folders and chatting on the internet support the learning of special needs people and makes learning more active although there aren’t many computers or internet in the school but the students used mobile phones or cameras to achieve the stage of the project and to turn photos to films (move marker) to present them for special needs students who like films so modern technology was so important for the project . The relationship between students since the beginning of the project was a collaborative one with mutual positive dependence its suitable title as well as in setting goals and tasks then the discussion about overcoming difficulties till the production of the final product in a way that fits the project. There was a positive mutual dependence between students since they decided to design a logo for the project and they divided themselves into groups and exchange ideas and experiences and conduct voting to reach the suitable logo for the Project Collaboration, has enhanced the learning process of both teachers and students. The strong interest in using technology has played an important role in engaging students in the learning process. Similarly, this same interest has motivated teachers to update their ICT skills in order to respond to their students’ learning needs.

Cutting Edge Use of Technology for Learning The learning activity involves students’ use of ICT – whether or not the use of ICT helps students build knowledge/collaborate or learn beyond the classroom, and whether or not students could build the same knowledge/ collaborate or learn beyond the classroom in similar ways without using ICT First of all, technologies are not an end in themselves; technologies are tools students use to create knowledge and to create personal and social change. Usage of ICT is crucial for the Project based learning activities in this project for knowledge building. collaboration & extended learning beyond the classroom : ICT has played a major role in facilitating the research process conducted by students. Further, reaching distant people was just a click away (it saved students’ time by using online meeting applications to work collaboratively on their project). ICT offers different ways by which a huge number of people were reached using social networks (especially Facebook). Moreover, the online comments and the technological feature that displays the number of website/page viewers has significantly helped in evaluating the outreach of the project and its effects on students and community members. All these interrelated factors motivated students to keep working on the same project throughout a long period of time that extended beyond a whole . Educator as Innovator and Change Agent In environments where innovative teaching is challenging, have innovative teaching practices and ICT been used in instrumental ways to change how students learn. Does the educator demonstrate evidence of continuous improvement in their professional practice, model lifelong learning and exhibit leadership in their school and professional community by supporting other educator’s development and understanding of the impact on learning of the effective use of digital technologies? 1- Training teachers to use tech 2- students to use Microsoft technology Inside School: I’m a productive member of the school team and still growing as an educator, I play a critical role in my school , I have a voice in my school and community. Faced as a teacher many challenges and was the most prominent of the lack of conviction surrounding community thought active learning and the integration of modern technology in the educational process helped me to publish this thought I've a series of exercises to my fellow teachers for active learning and include the use of modern technology and training of information technology has you trained a large number of teacher colleagues. I helped the learners to publish the knowledge and how to make a decision and share of the teachers in this school and other schools and how to cooperate with the students to achieve their work , so support the role of the teacher in this project between the student and school and in other countries . The use of innovative teaching practices include information and communication technology and a tractive for the students and give them knowledge and development of 21st century skills and all of that made the teacher as a helper for the students to overcome the difficult conditions . It is evidence of the professional development of teachers follow the latest programs and means of modern technology, including, for example, a set of programs offered to support the educational process from Microsoft Partners in Learning and raised on a Web site. There is an evidence on my leading role in my school and professional community which is my support to other teachers to absorb the impact effective use of technology in education through workshops and seminars with teachers to explain the free software issues on the network of Microsoft partners in education to support the educational process. Working with students : Students did not have previous experience with projects, and how to deal with highly experienced partners, which requires effort and more time in the training of students to new skills, such as problem solving and critical thinking and inquiry, dialogue and debate.

Among Schools: A workshop for teachers: Project helped us to develop our educational and technological skills as teachers, and we have become able to how events merger between material and exploitation of technology tools to optimize and improve relations between us as teachers on one hand and between students on the other hand. The teacher is able to invest the energies of the students and know the problems which face them and help them to solve these problems during my work in quality and development unite I made workshops for teachers to teach them how to use effective ways and using of learning suite and modern programs for education . d they became able to use modern technology for education and that have a vital role for the students . There were many teachers who shared with me in many projects for special needs students and made a lot of visits to many schools and we used modern technology and unusual ways for education . My headmaster and other headmaster of the schools were persuaded of my work and my ideas and they became able to use modern technology for education and that have a vital role for the students . Between School and University: Collaboration with Assiut University After visiting the Assiut University showed Head Center Psychological Counseling Educational Psychological serious interest to cooperate with us in this project and our systems for meetings and lectures on sign language. Showed Dean of the Faculty of Education, University of Assiut serious interest for cooperation and coordination with us and gave us the promise of teaching sign language for students of the Faculty of Education in University of Assiut My position as a trainer this kind of education helped me to cooperate with other teachers to use the kind and to improve their skills and I had prizes for making many educational projects with students in private education schools such as . States prize for my position as a distinct technological teacher States prize for my position as a creative teacher My sharing in creative teachers salon in morocco Honor certification from education directorate for my sharing in private education activities .
