Reflexive and Intensive Pronouns
reflexive pronouns – refer to the subject and directs the action of the verb back to the subject I patted myself on the back! Intensive pronouns – emphasize the noun or pronoun in the same sentence and are not necessary for the understanding of the sentence I myself cannot stand to watch gory movies. examples: myself, ourselves, yourself, yourselves, himself, herself, itself, themselves
