Demanding applications in many industries always seem to require increased knowledge
The Wind Turbine Industry is one of the, if not the most, demanding applications on the rise today -
IT requires small compact gear drives to transmit high & fluctuating loads in a very demanding environment of high vibration and extreme temperatures.
I also chose this industry as the capacity and gear design Joint Working Group of ISO/IEC is the most active and dynamic of the gear standards developing committees today.
