3. Project proposal
The main target is to foster innovation and productivity in enterprise and SME environments.
There are still opportunities not being addressed in the consumer specifications from both external AND internal customers.
While external customers´ specifications relate to market oriented products and services and are usually well measured and accordingly met, internal customers´ specifications relate to the volatility of the company processes to whithstand a present-like crisis and are more a result of off-record social discussions.

4. Project proposal
Formalising the assessment and repeating the evaluation periodically brings new horizons to enterprise sustainability.
The solution is to develop a cloud based portal with evaluation and self-evaluation oriented holistic services for a wide spectrum of target groups based on the previous Slamka Consulting project experience.
The holistic services would include both knowledge AND atmosphere based evaluation and self-evaluation of resources and processes including resource and process management.
For the atmosphere assessment we will be using internet based interactive psychometric diagnostics.

Analyse past and current relevant projects results and outputs both in EU and in KOREA
Design and realise a commonly developed EUREKA/EUROSTARS project
2-3 years, 3-5 partners, 400k€ - 800k€

Cloud based web portal including the support for the Common assessment framework and the European Foundation for Quality Management model recommendations
Evaluation and self-evaluation services, both for desktop and mobile terminals
knowledge mapping services (added value testing)
atmosphere and attitudes mapping services based on state-of-the-art psychometric diagnostics
Best practice intervention library for both knowledge and atmosphere development COMPUTER GAME based actions
