IT Tasks Completed since last F2F
Loaded surgical pathology reports from 1/1/2014 to 9/15/2016 Upgraded to TIES v 5.6.2 Performed validation of 2002 to 2016 cases uploaded into TIES against Tamtron Missing reports were re-exported to be included in TIES IT support, development, and maintenance

Next IT Tasks Run RPCI PHI checker scripts on newly loaded reports (1/1/2014 and 9/15/2016) QC /2016 pathology reports Review and revise errors in reports, e.g., MRNs format and missing names Website update Support evaluation and validation of new De-ID tool Implement LDAP with TIES Support upcoming development for CR data import into TIES

What other clinical data is accessible? Would you have molecular results? Could you also search radiology reports? (Clinical staging) Can you search other centers data without IRB approval? Could RPCI investigators search radiology reports loaded in other TIES nodes? Awareness and level of interest is significantly growing
