QUARTERLY DENTAL ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
When you sell FIVE Dental cases that have: 50-99 eligible lives At least 25 or more enrolled lives in the Dental product Effective dates that fall within the 4th quarter of 2016: 10/01/16 through 12/31/16 effective dates qualify for 4th quarter compensation You have the opportunity to earn additional compensation during 3rd and 4th quarter on qualifying cases as follows: 1.5% commission on the annualized premium for all coverages sold with the qualifying dental plan, retro-active to the first case sold with an effective date in that quarter Quarterly Dental Advantage compensation is a onetime payment in addition to all other MetLife broker compensation programs for which you may qualify
