Introduction Let’s get started!
The following information will change your life when implemented and followed. Most of you will not complete this course so I challenge you to be one of the people that finishes and implements this. It is information very few people have access to and is something I have used to help change both my personal and business life for the better …. Much better! If you have employees, I want you to put each of them through this seven step process as well as it will benefit each of their lives and help your your business in a multitude of ways! I challenge each of you to not rush through this and make sure you complete each step before moving to the next. Regards, Brian Wright Founder & CEO – BizBlitz Let’s get started!
2
Step #1 – Define your “Why”
This is a tricky one as many people can easily define their “how” or their “what.” However, not many people can define their “why;” especially as it pertains to their business. This is one reason why some businesses and people achieve their dreams and others fall into the “masses.” Unfortunately, you have probably been taught to define your mission but nobody ever taught you to define your “why.” Your “why” is really all that matters in business and/or your personal life. In order to complete this step properly you need to first watch the following video by clicking here. If this link does not work for you simply type in to Google, “How Great Leaders Inspire Action.” Please watch this video as it is very important. Once you finish the above video, I want you to write down three “why’s” that get you out of bed in the morning to pursue prosperity with your business and/or your personal life. Let me provide you with one example of my own. I have hundreds of them; however, that does not mean you need to have that many. One is perfectly fine as long as that one is strong enough to motivate you every single day to become the best you can be. Your “why” has nothing to do with you what you do and/or how you do it. This is one reason why it is so difficult for many people to define. One of my “why’s” is: I believe every individual has the ability to achieve prosperity. This is one (of many) beliefs (or why’s) I have that gets me out of bed every morning and motivates me throughout each and every day. It doesn’t tell you what I do or how I do it. You must find your “why” regardless if you have your own business or just from a personal standpoint outside of business. Action: Watch the video discussed above. Next, define at least three “why’s” before moving to step #2. I urge you not to skip this step as your 2017 (and beyond) depends on you finding your why!
3
Step #2 – Define your Passion
This is easier for most people when compared to step #1. However, until you complete step #1 your passion will not “pay-off” for you the way it otherwise could. Step #2 is a “wake-up” for many people because your passion(s) needs to correlate with your “why.” I cannot express the importance of this enough and I want you to read the following very carefully because if you do not you will miss out on something that I very rarely do … ever! For example, my passions are helping, educating, teaching, and coaching individuals, business owners, employees (and a lot more but for the sake of time I will keep it at that). These passions fall perfectly in line with my “why,” which is believing every individual has the ability to achieve prosperity. The only way any individual can achieve prosperity is by receiving the passions I defined above. Now, that does not mean they have to get those things from me, however, they absolutely need those things from someone in order to achieve prosperity. I have received those things from countless amounts of people, will continue to receive those things and it is imperative you do as well. Now, what if my passions were technology, television, computers, etc.? While I definitely like those things, they are not my passions … but what if they were? I would need to take a look in the mirror and ask myself if I am doing the right things in life as those passions would not support my “why.” Action: Before moving to step #3 I need you to define your passions and ensure they correlate with your “why” in step #1. If they do that is great and it is time to move on to step #3. If they do not, that is ok and why we are doing this together. I am going to give you my personal cell phone so you can call me to discuss this before moving to step #4. I do not give my personanl cell phone number to many people so I want you to take advantage of this as I am willing to give you a personal one on one coaching session absolutely free. Call me at before moving onto step #3. Your passion(s) must support your “why” before moving to step #3.

Step #3 – Defining Goals like the Top 1%
What I am about to teach you is the way most successful entrepreneurs define their goals and is a secret very few people are ever taught and/or ever implement. It is also the complete opposite of how 99% of the masses think about and define their goals. In addition, this step is going to challenge how you define and think about your goals. If you listen to a lot of so called “experts” they will say you must first define your goals. The problem with that is your goals must be obtainable based off your “why(‘s),” and your passion(s). Without completing steps one and two it vastly reduces the chances of your goals working the way they otherwise could. Let me begin with how most people, business owners, etc. define their goals. “I want to increase revenues!” “I want to increase profit margins!” “I want to make another $400,000 this year!” They define their goals in terms of $$$. Now, we all want to make more money; however, the problem with $$$ goals is they do not align with the first two steps I taught you. $$$ is a result. It is not a “why,” it is not a passion and therefore should never be a goal. $$$ is a result of everything in this PowerPoint coming together to work in harmony. Now, let me teach you how the top 1% define their goals. First, it begins with $$$ being completely eliminated from your thought process. The top 1% do not think about $$$ when defining their goals. Stop thinking about $$$. Second, I want you to define your goals based off of your “why(‘s)” and your passion(s). Regardless of the type of business you own, these same principles apply. For example, one of my goals in 2017 is to learn at least five new ways to motivate, based on the biology of the brain, people so they are able to better listen (and interpret the data) when I am doing webinars, public speaking events and/or business coaching sessions. This goal perfectly aligns with my “why” and my passion that I defined for you in steps one and two. By accomplishing this goal, I will be able to help more people achieve prosperity when I am doing my passion of coaching, teaching, etc. The people I am teaching will better interpret the information I am giving them; therefore, they will be able to better implement the teachings into their lives, their business, etc. in order to achieve improved prosperity. My current clients will receive even better results and my prospective clients will achieve better results when they come aboard. As a result of accomplishing this goal, I will make more $$$ because people will refer more business to me, want to purchase more services, remain a client long term and hundreds more. $$$ is not the goal … it is a result of all the above. Now that you know how to define your goals like some of the most successful entrepreneurs, it is time to move to step #4!
5
Step #4 – Define your Goals
Now that you know how to define goals, like some of the most successful entrepreneurs on the planet, it is now time to define your goals. Remember, they cannot have anything to do with $$$, which can be difficult for some people. This is why I want you to complete each step of this course before moving to the next otherwise the foundation crumbles and your chances of making 2017 your best year ever is vastly reduced. Your goals must be obtainable … They must be realistic .... and they cannot be $$$ related. You cannot set a goal just because it something you want to happen. You can’t say, “I am going to become a millionaire this year” when you just made $50,000 last year. You can’t say that anyway because it is a $$$ goal; however, I wanted to use it for example purposes to get my point across. Your define goals need to be difficult to obtain, while also being realistic to obtain. “I am going to take 300 courses this year to learn how to ...” is difficult and also not realistic ... Your defined goals need to be both difficult to obtain, while also realistic to obtain. By no means do I want you to select one of the following just because they are listed here. I simply want to provide you with examples of realistic and obtainable goals that are not $$$ related: I want to learn five new skills to improve the customer service (or patient experience) at my business I want to learn how to teach my waiters five new verbiage skills to better educate the tables on our wine menu I want to learn five new ways my hygienist can better educate my patients about the long term effects of gum disease I want to take five courses to learn how to better motivate myself and my employees? I want to help change the lives, for the better, of at least five individuals Action: Before moving to step #5, define at least three goals you have for your business and three goals you have for your personal life. Once completed, move on to step #5.
6
Step #5 – Define your Action Plan
Step #5 involves defining your plan of action to help better ensure you meet and/or succeed your define goals in step #4. This takes some work and why the vast majority of people will never finish this seven step process ... Don’t be one of those people! A mistake made by many is thinking about this step and analyzing this step way to much. What happens at this point is what I will discuss in step #7. I am going to give you a simplified action plan that will ensure I accomplish my goal discussed earlier in this course. Now, one of my defined goals I told you about was I wanted to learn at least five new ways to motivate, based on the biology of the brain, people so they are able to better listen (and interpret the data) when I am doing webinars, public speaking events and/or business coaching sessions. I now need to define my plan of action to ensure I accomplish this goal. I am going to located three companies and/or individuals specializing in what I want to learn. I will located these companies on Google on, or before, January 5th. I am going to contact each of these companies and/or individuals and make a decision which I believe will help me accomplish my defined goal at the highest of levels. I am going to make a decision on which company and/or individual I want to move forward with by January 15th. Action: Define a three step action plan for each goal you defined in step #4 before moving to step #6.
7
Step #6 – Define your “Crowd”
This one is difficult for some people as it involves removing certain people, employees, etc. from your life. Many times I believe the lord above handles this on your behalf (I have a story about that from my personal life I tell in webinars and in public speaking events that amazes people); however, many times you must figure this out and do it yourself. Many people never accomplish this step making prosperity virtually impossible. Something important to remember: If you hang out with five millionaires you are likely to become the sixth. If you hang out with five people that are broke you are likely to become the sixth. If you hang out with five positive thinking, hard-working individuals, you are likely to become the sixth. If you hang out with five negative thinking, poor work ethic individuals, you are likely to become the sixth. Get my point? By no means am I telling you to get rid of friends, employees, etc. just because they might not be rich so please do not take the above 100% literal. However, I do want you to understand the meaning of the above and really analyze the people you interact with daily, the people you call friends, the employees you have working for you, etc. One of the traits of the most prosperous business owners (or simply individuals) is making sure their “crowd” supports their “why” and their “passion.” Get rid of gossipers, negative thinkers, “I don’t have time to do that” thinkers and surround yourself and your business with positive, go getting people that will do anything to support your why, your passions and your goals. Action: I want you to take a piece of paper and divide into two columns. The left side will be the people you need to remove from your life and the right side will be the people you need to become closer with in If you have a tough time coming up with people to write down on your left side that is a good thing. If you have a tough time coming up with people to write down on the right side that is a problem that needs immediate attention before moving to step #4. If you have to fire your entire staff because they end up on your left column …. You need to do it!
8
Step #7 – Implementation without Procrastination
If you are one of the few people that has actually made it to this slide without cheating (i.e. skipping steps, looking ahead, etc.), I highly commend you. However, I also have to warn you about something very important … The majority of people that actually get to this step do exactly what this step says not to do .... They procrastinate! One of the biggest differences between the masses and the top 1% is implementation without procrastination. To achieve prosperity you must implement first and figure out later. You cannot be afraid to fail time and time again before succeeding. To many people have the, “I will get it done tomorrow” mentality. When tomorrow comes they don’t do it becuase something comes up that, which makes them say, “Well, I will try and do it tomorrow” .... and the “tomorrow domino effect” just keeps on rolling! I urge you to implement these steps without over-thinking them, over-analyzing them, trying to perfect them, etc., etc., etc.! If you read each course, you will know I gave away something I very rarely do and you are welcome to use that tool if you get stuck at any point during this seven step course.
