SMART Targets Sam emsley
2
SMART targets have to be:
Specific: You need to clearly focus on an area you want to develop. Measurable: You need to think about how you will know when you have achieved your plan. Achievable: You need to make sure that your targets can be achieved. Realistic: you need to allow yourself time to reach these goals. Timescale: you need to consider realistically how long this will take.
