3 Debbie Weyl is the Manager, Building Efficiency with the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She manages the Building Efficiency Accelerator, a global partnership to accelerate building energy efficiency in cities around the world. Prior to WRI, Debbie worked for CLASP and U.S. Department of Energy Nate Aden is a Research Fellow with the World Resources Institute. Nate conducts interdisciplinary research focused on industrial sector emissions reductions, methods to align company GHG targets with ambitious climate scenarios, and the role of buildings in low-carbon cities Lucy Price is a Project Officer with ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability's Low Carbon Cities team, based at the World Secretariat in Bonn, Germany. Lucy supports a number of flagship projects, such as the UN SE4ALL Building Efficiency Accelerator, the WWF Earth Hour City Challenge, Climate-KIC Low Carbon City Lab and Urban-LEDS Zoe Sprigings serves as the Head of the Energy Initiative at C40. She is responsible for delivering C40’s global energy strategy, including oversight of the energy efficiency and district energy networks. Prior to joining C40, Zoe was a Senior Policy Adviser in the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) of the UK Government Frances Downy manages the Private Building Efficiency Network at C40, where she works with cities to accelerate implementation of energy efficiency measures in private sector buildings. Prior to C40, she worked at the Energy Saving Trust and chaired a working group for EU member state governments on implementation the RES Directive. Ommid Saberi is Senior Industry Specialist on Green Buildings in IFC climate support services based in Washington DC. The technical leadership of EDGE online application, training and updates to the EDGE certification system are part of Ommid's responsibilities along with working on EDGE green building certification of projects globally
