How Does Jesus Save Us from Our Sins?
Isaiah 53:4-5 says: “Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Luke 1:74,75 explains that Jesus came “...to rescue us from the hand of our enemies, and to enable us to serve him without fear in holiness and righteousness before him all our days.”
10
Third, Jesus is Immanuel –God with us (22-23)
First, Jesus humbled himself to be with us. Second, Jesus is with us through the Holy Spirit. Third, Jesus is with us always.

Conclusion Praise Jesus, who came to this world in a flesh to be with us and ultimately to save us from our sins. When we accept Jesus and worship him as our Savior, God gives us peace and rest, comfort and joy, meaning and purpose of life. Jesus saves us from our sins and enables us to serve God without fear in holiness and righteousness!
