Read “Faith Perspective” pp on your own. Write about how a new perception of a person changed how you felt about that person. I will give you about 5 minutes to work on this. We will discuss this afterwards.

Background - The identity of the author of Mark’s gospel is unknown
- Tradition holds the author was John Mark - Today, most scholars believe it is based on a number of oral and written collections of Jesus’ sayings and deeds - Written sometime between A.D. 65 & 70

Who are the “birds” who have snatched away God’s word from you? 3. Who are “thorns” to your faith life? 4. What do you hope to accomplish as “good soil”?
