The health message was given to this Church so that His chosen people, could live a quality lifestyle and extended their years as they await for the Second Coming of CHRIST.

6. Health Reform is a branch of GOD’s special work for the benefit of His people. 1 Testimonies for the Church, 488

7. Our gracious heavenly Father sees the deplorable condition of men who, some knowingly but many ignorantly, are living in violation of the laws that He has established. And in love and pity to the race, He causes the light to shine upon health reform.

8. Do we get any benefit? Surely, YES!
Yet…Not enough, as to be a Model Church

9. Three tips to benefit more from the Health Message
Change the “Stigma” that usually identify the Health Reform or the Health Message.

10. Health Message is a lifestyle
It is NOT a doctrine of salvation
It is intended to educate, not to be misunderstood.

11. The Health Message does not focus only on physical health
The Health Message does not focus only on physical health. It also involves:
-- Mental, Emotional, Social Health and
-- Spiritual Health

12. The improvement of the mind is a duty which we owe to ourselves, to society, and to God. But we should never devise means for the cultivation of the intellect at the expense of the moral and the spiritual. And it is only by the harmonious development of both the mental and the moral faculties that the highest perfection of either can be attained.

14. Care for the physical structure and environment of the church building.
--The place where we adore GOD must be according to His glorious presence.
Clean, hygienic
Nicely adorned with trees, flowers, plants…
Serviced with water, electric power…
A place where our guests will be comfortable

15. How can we do it?
Invite volunteers to form a sanitation crew to clean the church and its surroundings.
Provide lectures and speeches on hygiene and health.
Motivate members to participate in frequent cleaning brigades.
Encourage them when results are seen.

16. Questions for Reflection
Am I caring for my body, which is the Temple of the HOLY SPIRIT?
Am I caring for the temple, where we attend to worship GOD?

Every Church, each institution, MUST be a

18. Health Message in the Church
Health Message (HM) is a part of all other ministries of the Church.
HM connects and embraces all other ministries.
Health is Youth
Health is Family
Health is Children
Health is Dorcas, Deacons, Deaconesses, Elders…

19. “We have come to a time when every member of the church should take hold of medical missionary work. The world is a lazar house filled with victims of both physical and spiritual disease. Everywhere people are perishing for lack of a knowledge of the truths that have been committed to us. The members of the church are in need of an awakening, that they may realize their responsibility to impart these truths.”
