2 ways to navigate to ATS Website 1) drexel2.atsusers.com - This will take you directly to the Drexel Domain of ATS - Please note use address as is DO NOT add or it will not work 2) - This will take you to the generic ATS website - Select ATS Athlete Portal - You will need to know the Drexel domain name - Domain name is atsdrexel

- All Yellow boxes must be filled out - When filling out cell phone you must look up cell carrier domain for text address - You will not be able to proceed without text address - Look up by company Verizon AT&T etc.

NEW ATHLETES - New athletes must fill out New athlete Health Questionnaire, Read and Sign Concussion Acknowledgement, Read and Sign HIPPA Release, Turn in Up to date Physical (certain sports see club sports handbook for list) RETURNING ATHLETES - Must fill out Club Sports Health Update - If you have not read and Signed HIPPA waiver please do so - If you have turned in a Physical you are still good, UNLESS new health issues have arisen since last physical. - Athletes with New Health issues MUST consult with ATCs prior to starting sport

Health Questionnaire - There are 46 Questions - Answer truthfully and honestly - Read all Questions before answering - Last Question must be answered YES - Sign and date at bottom (both sign with cursor and esign) and save - Make sure you get a notification that it has saved Concussion Acknowledgement - Download and read concussion fact Sheet from eFiles folder - Sign and Date and Save Concussion Acknowledgement under FORMs Tab Club Sports Health Update - RETURNING ATHLETES ONLY - Fill out 6 questions - Sign, Date and Save HIPPA Release - eFiles Print read and sign, take a picture and upload via eFiles Physicals - Up to Date physical must be uploaded for those sports required to do so -Complete list can be found in handbook - Take a picture of Physical Front and Back, Upload to ATS via eFiles
