Included spelling, Language and Maths, number facts Please check the spelling is spelt correctly Dotted spelling are the ones your child got wrong in the pre-test. Write all 10 spelling. Encourage your child to write neatly.

6 Reading Homework Read aloud for 10 minutes 4 times a week.
Ask them to retell the story. Ask questions if the retell needs more detail. Sign the reading record each time. Taken home daily including on Friday. Returned to school on Monday. Each child reads books appropriate to their reading level.

7 Listen to them practise their talk at home.
Begin with “Good afternoon 2R. Encourage them to speak for approximately two minutes and not just say two sentences. Keep them on the one topic.
