3 What is Key Club? Oldest and largest community service program for high school students Provides opportunities to give service, build character, and develop leadership Motto: Caring- Our Way of Life

4 REQuirements for the year
10 hours each semester (total of 20) At least 7 inside hours per semester Attend at least 3 meetings per semester to stay informed Live out our core values of caring, inclusiveness, and leadership!

6 UpComing Events Georgia Training Leadership Conference August 26, 2017
Registration Deadline: August 23 $44 for entry ticket to Six Flags admission into the Key Club session all-you-can-eat buffet lunch Go to www. gakeyclub.org/events/gltc/

7 UpComing Events Yuda Bands Very simple project!
Sponsor a child in a third world country Sell bracelets to raise money All the money goes toward the child’s education!

8 UpComing Events Thirst Project
Educate middle and high school students on the global water crisis and how to take action to end it Fundraise to help bring clean water to third world countries Their goal is to provide safe, clean water and sanitation to the nation of Swaziland by 2022. The Thirst Project speaker will be here on October 9th- the Monday of Homecoming!

9 Service Projects Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes The Eliminate Project
•the Georgia District’s project •The money raised will go toward building a new Education Center at the Mountainview campus in Chatsworth, Georgia. The Eliminate Project •Key Club International’s project •Key Club International partners with Kiwanis and UNICEF to eliminate maternal/neonatal tetanus
