FSNM expectations define the explicit actions, information, analyses and results that FSNM energy audit project will encompass

3. Scope of FSNM Energy Audit Project
The Team will:
Perform an energy audit in line with EPA and Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy guidelines
Perform on site inspections as part of the audit process
Determine energy saving opportunities (ESO)
Prepare a detailed engineering and economic report assessment report
Review current utilities billing structure
Develop and Implement pilot renewable energy scale project article

Data Collection:
Obtain site schematics, and additional information required to conduct the audit
Obtain existing systems specifications and environmental criteria
Collect general site info:
Size, age, condition and general use
Description and envelope of site
Collect and summarize:
Energy costs & consumption data for past 2 years
Utility & water usage for past 2 years
Visitor data
Establish previous energy-related improvements

5. Energy Audit: Expectations & Details
Data Analysis:
Construct current energy consumption profile
Analyze efficiency of Willett Center building envelope
Evaluate inefficiencies for energy savings opportunities
Model systems & equipment energy consumption
Quantify current energy consumption
Generate occupancy patterns and schedules
Establish ‘base year’ average energy consumption
Analyze utility trends and/or anomalies
Charts and graphs describing current energy use patterns

Comply with applicable state, federal and local codes and regulations for all proposed ESO

Detailed life expectancy of each ESO with return on investment

10. Review of Current Energy Billing Structure
Determine utility tariffs and commodity price histories
