4 ODP Monthly Fee ODP Per Use Fee $10 This fee is incurred by the account holder each month to have Overdraft Protection Coverage. In some cases, this coverage is complimentary in exchange for having a minimum balance on the account. Option 1 – N/A – no ODP Option 2 - $3.95 Option 3 – No charge Option 4 – No charge This fee is incurred each time a check is prevented from bouncing because of the ODP coverage.

NSF – Non-Sufficient Funds Fee $39.95 Returned check fee $30.00 This fee is incurred by the issuer of the bad check. The bank automatically withdraws this fee from the account. The bank penalizes both the issuer and the depositor of a bad check. When a bad check is attempted to be deposited, the bank will issue this fee to the depositor of the bad check. The depositor of the bad check will usually pass this fee back to the issuer of the check.

9 Late Fee ($ Amounts vary by Vendor)
Initial Late Penalty 150 Points ($0) This fee is incurred if a payment is not received by the bill due date plus grace period. All bills are due in full, except the credit card, which has a minimum payment. This initial 150 point deduction is incurred when a minimum payment is not received by the due date plus grace period. For bills due in full, the minimum payment = total amount due. A one-time courtesy late fee waiver can be used to recover ½ this penalty and the initial late fee.

Daily Late Penalty This is a daily score penalty incurred each day a bill remains outstanding. Daily penalties vary by vendor. This type of penalty cannot be waived.

11 Cash Advance- Transfer from Credit Card
(Funding provided for check) Cash Advance – charge on credit card (Amount owed on credit card) The amount of money that is needed to clear a check is borrowed from the credit card. This amount is only able to be withdrawn from the credit card if there is sufficient available credit to cover the entire amount. This overage amount is provided by the credit card to the checking account in order to fund the check. The amount of money that is needed to clear a check is borrowed from the credit card. This overage amount is listed on the credit card as a cash advance and begins incurring interest (finance fees) immediately.
