LaRiviere Creek KRD Spill Agreement KCT Easement Agreement WA State Parks – # E962502KCT1 August 7th, 2015 KCT & Suncadia Environmental Company, LLC March 9th, 2017 2 – 4 cfs of flow, only 5 gpm required for mitigation of ground water uses in the Tillman Basin KCT owns and maintains diversion structure with mitigation payments from water bank transfers Reclamation Agreement No. R16MA13720 – September 30th, 2016 Agreement has no expiration date. Discharge of conserved water into 7 Yakima River Tributaries (including Tillman) Determined on a annual basis (on or before April 1, and as needed throughout the irrigation season)by the Tributary Supplementation Program Committee ***No formal agreement with Landowner regarding flow supplementation and flooding on proposed property for acquisition.
