2014 WIOA Improve coordination between the primary federal programs that support employment services, workforce development, adult education and vocational rehabilitation activities. Expand the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act of Title II, to help adults acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain employment . . . PERKINS Build a demand-driven career technical education system by responding to real workforce development needs . . . Ensure students have access to career technical education courses, pathways and programs of interest regardless of location and enrollment limits.
