What is it?
A condition that causes inflammation of the joints, usually causing swelling, soreness and redness that is not from a degenerative process. Diagnosis is made by a Rheumatologist using blood tests and sometimes x-rays

How to use the poster templates
Choose which style you want to use from the ‘new slide’ drop down menu on the home tab on the top toolbar
Add your content to the poster – please note that a poster should only include key details – you should be able to understand/read the message from six feet away
Add our vision statement (Barts Health: Safe and compassionate care) to the bottom of the poster – underneath the last piece of text – please make this the same colour as the heading (ie the chosen poster colour) and use at 12pt, bold – the Barts Health colours have been added to colour palette
Ensure you have checked that your poster has taken account of the corporate style guide and the visual identity guidance – both available on the intranet on the marketing and brand page
You must make sure that the text does not run over the top of the image. This is important as it will not be legible and does not meet accessibility requirements if text is displayed on top of images
Once the poster is complete send a copy of the poster to for approval and so that it can be kept on record
When printing always select the ‘fit to page’ or ‘scale to fit page’ option available in the printing preferences, otherwise the format/print will be compromised.
It is advisable to ensure that the title, date, time and venue come first on the poster and that these pieces of information are in the largest font. Your poster should be understandable from six feet.
Inserting images
If you would like to insert an image, please ensure that it is a high resolution image (above 600 pixels x 600 pixels at 300 dpi).
