Are you running Microsoft Dynamics Online or On-Premise? Why? On-Prem: Is your deployment internet facing? (is this due to security constraints) What kinds of technologies to you use to augment your Marketing and Sales processes? What data management processes have you put in place? How well have these processes kept your database clean and duplicate free? How have you set up your CRM and sales process to scale to meet sudden growth or demand? Are you experiencing poor user adoption? Does your CRM entice users to use it? If not, have you considered simplifying processes to reduce click or time needed per action? How many fields do you have? How many do the users actually use?
