27 Benefits of the Apache Harness
Light weight .9 lbs Fire Resistant FR (Kevlar) NFPA Class II harness Self adjusting (tightening to the user size) leg harness when deployed Ease of repositioning (loosing) of leg loops once deployed. Ease identification of A-Frame. Three Force absorption locations (O-Ring Attachment point, 1” Kevlar on the A-Frame, and the Rear leg buckles) O-Ring Attachment Point is side specific One size fits all Only the adjusting waist strap and leg straps may need to be trimmed if the user has a very small waist and thighs

28 External vs. Internal placement of the Apache Harness
External Harness Can be used Able to visibly see that the user is wearing the harness Easier installation than an internal harness after washing turnouts Minimal alteration to existing turnouts. Harness rear adjustment feature make easy adjustment to existing turnout loops No crouch Loop needed if size correctly Internal Harness Not recommend
