Read appropriate sections of BMG and SOM
Four categories of resources: Financial, physical, intellectual, human capital
Intellectual property protection. Patents my not be the best option. Consider copyrights, trade secrets, contracts (NDAs), trademarks.
Costs: Fixed costs? Variable costs?
How to add up costs. How much would it take in terms of sales to achieve a break even? How long would it take? How much will this cost? Is this a business worth doing?
