ESI will support remaining Konica Minolta $.012 per b/w page &
$.079 per color page
3 (or 5) New Xerox $.0053 per b/w page – taking the place of 3 (or \
5) higher volume Konica’s due to lower cost of operation
9 print controller boards for ECPS owned Konica Minolta BizHub 600 & 601
MFD’s.
ESI will provide all supplies, service, and parts on all laser print
$.014 per b/w page & $.125 per color page
ESI will provide all ink/fax devices with supplies on a billable basis – tracked by
device to facilitate an understanding of where further savings may be found.
Training on all hardware (including new KM 600/601 print capabilities)
service/supply support processes, and on how to analyze monthly reports
(usage detail, service detail, ROI analyses)
All connectivity needs to enable MFD printing capabilities and scanning where
applicable
