PAMPER YOUR DOG Come, pamper your dog!
WE COULD FIX OUR HAIRSTYLES AND REDO OUR NAILS. GOOD IDEA! MAYBE IT’S TIME FOR ME TO FIND A GIRLFRIEND. HI! WHAT DO YOU SAY WE GO ALONG TO THE NEW PAMPER YOUR DOG?
2
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
The grooming service is an operation that keeps the dog’s coat clean. With our service, the customer, using a pen drive, is able to access the service so he can make a grooming appointment, either using the equipment himself or with the help of a professional. The dog is washed and groomed and the service ends after the drying of the dog’s coat. It’s also possible to buy many products for the care of the dog.
3
Why we have chosen this business
After careful consideration of the number of dogs which have a microchip in the municipality of Noto and in seven municipalities near it, and after doing a SWOT analysis of possible competition in the surrounding areas, we realized that a self-service activity would have a great chance of success We have therefore decided to open this kind of business even though the number of dogs we can serve is much smaller than we thought, since there are already other businesses of this type in nearby communities.
4
POSITION Our business is located in 14 Cavour Street, which is parallel to the main street. Nearby our shop there is a car park within 500 metres, although, customers can sometimes park right on the street.
