1. Features of Preparation Equipment
In the official soil pollution test, digestion using aqua regia has difficulty in preparation because of gas. In other words, it is not easy to get reliable results depending on a work environment. There is a limit to the amount of sample for digestion using the official soil pollution test equipment. So, many research institutions are using auto reflux condenser equipment.
It is possible to digest lots of samples using auto reflux condenser equipment. However, reaction vessel is too narrow to fill acid and sample, so sample including high organic matter makes bubbles and goes up. Therefore, an engineer can not clean equipment simply and may cut part of it to clean. There are problems that sample could be overflow when filtering due to long reaction vessel and it is dangerous for workers to get hurts by fragile glass.
EcoPre digestion system is not using water cooling system but both reaction vessel and absorption vessel are very simple. Especially, infrangible Teflon material is safe and both filtering and cleaning are very simple. 24 samples can be preprocessed at the same time, so it saves time.
Official soil pollution test equipment : available to sample including high organic matter due to wide surface area
limited quantity of digestion. Can not check temperature.
Auto reflux condenser equipment : fatal in sample including high organic matter due to narrow surface area.
Glass material will be fragile and reaction vessel is too long to analyze. Works only if hood is installed.

2. CRM results from preparation equipment
Analyze CRM(BAM-U110) using Official soil test equipment, Auto reflux condenser equipment, and EcoPre Digestion System.
K-BAM, I-BAM(ISO 11466) means Official soil test equipment. I-BAM stand at room temperature for 16 hour and others stand for 2 hours.
G-BAM means Auto reflux condenser equipment.
T-BAM and N-BAM means EcoPre Digestion system. N-BAM is the result from processing using half of sample and acid.
K-BAM: Official soil test digestion equipment (250mL-Vessel, Soil 3g- HCl 21mL, HNO3 7mL)
