Residents of the affect area will receive a package via U.S. postal service. This package will include: 1. Instructions for connection 2. Application for service 3. Summary of Billing and Collection Policies 4. Water and Sewer Connection Loan Policies 5. Loan Application for Connection Charges 6. Loan Billing and Collection Policies
