Precamp Visits & Planning
Camp Publicity and Site arrangement planning Camp organiser had multiple meetings with Camp sponsors – 3, at Katpadi with Jaggery merchants Association trustees Final discussion meeting took place with the sponsors one week before the camp date – Attended by Camp organiser and the Camp manager Base Hospital Planning Camp Medical Officer, Camp organizer had meeting with NS, Optical Department heads and Clinical department heads (MRD, Ward, OT, Counselling, Housekeeping, Canteen (Outsourced), Stores) and Trial Bandage staff

Travel The MLOP team leaves the base hospital by 12pm
Doctors team will have to leave hospital by 3 pm The team reaches the camp venue by 05.00pm

Patient Flow: Registration in a vast place
4 Rows of patients sitting and moving towards instead of standing for hours together 2 Rows for male and 2 Rows for female Tea, Snacks, tiffin issued to all patients on the spot. (Patients need not move)

Vision Chart reading First Counter
Eight vision charts were displayed for the reading Eight rows of chairs meant for patients 4 Rows for male and 4 Rows for female Volunteers accompanied (Sri Sathia Sai 50 to 60 Volunteers) the patients in all counters for patient flow

Doctors Counter 4 Big tables for Doctors For every table 4 Doctors
For every Doctor 2 chairs meant for patient check up 2 tables for male and 2 tables for Female 5th Table served for fundus examination also

Tension, Duct and BP 6 Benches, 6 Tables, 5 sisters for these counter
6 Volunteers helping Tension & Duct (Volunteers are from local nursing college) BP, Blood test are also taken by MLOPs assisted by nursing students

Refraction There were 8 cubicles There were 8 rows of Patient flow
4 for male rows and 4 for female rows In addition to that 4 cubicles are meant for near vision Prescriptions are written by 3 Refraction sisters The flow was monitored by volunteers

Optical issue and Grinding
There were 6 Grinding machines 22 staff used to help spectacles order taken, delivery, lens marking, grinding and cutting edge etc., Grinding sister – 6 Cutting edge – 2 Lens marking – 2 Order taken – 6 Delivery readymade – 1 Delivery – 5

Counselling Nearly 5 consellers generally help IP patients
Logistics, transports and patient loading intermittently are getting managed by orgnisers, mangers. Fundus examination and spot admission for IP Patients.
