Forming the conjugated verb
To conjugate these "go" verbs, you drop the "er/ir" ending of the infinitive form of the verb to create the stem. You add "go" to the end of the stem to create the "yo" form of the verb. You add the appropriate ending for each of the other subjects.

To conjugate these stem changing verbs, you drop the "ar/er/ir" ending of the infinitive form of the verb to create the stem. You change the o in the stem to ue for all forms EXCEPT nosotros. You then add the appropriate ending for each of the subjects.
