The homozygous par1-5 mutant shows reduced shoot growth compared to wild type (WT) on fertilized potting mixture containing both organic and inorganic nitrogen.
In MS medium containing nitrate as source of nitrogen, mutant shows reduced shoot growth compared to WT.
