Scheduling reports saves you time by having EBSCOadmin send statistical information to you every month without having to log in to retrieve your usage reports.

Begin by logging in to EBSCOadmin.

Click Reports & Statistics to view the reporting options available to you.

Click Standard Usage Reports to access the report scheduling options
Click Standard Usage Reports to access the report scheduling options. While other reports such as Flipster Usage Reports and the eBooks Subscription Usage Report can also be scheduled, they are not available from the Standard Reports module. However, all reports that you have scheduled can be accessed from the Scheduled Reports link on the Reports and Statistics screen.

Select a report based on Database or Interface usage, Link Activity, Login Usage, or Title usage from the Report Type drop-down menu.

Select your report parameters and set the Export Delivery method to E-mail.

Enter the Address to which you would like the reports sent, and add a Subject line (or name) for your ed report. Choose a one-time report to be sent immediately, or select to have a recurring report sent monthly. Please note, when selecting a reporting period of three, six, or twelve months, your monthly report includes that period of usage statistics. For example, if you select a 3 month reporting period, your monthly report includes the previous three months of usage.

Choose an Expiration month and year for your report
Choose an Expiration month and year for your report. Select a Report Format, either Excel or Tab Delimited, and click Report to complete your scheduled report.

You can manage your scheduled reports from the Scheduled Reports tab.
If you no longer would like to receive a report, click the trash can icon to delete your report. Click the hyperlinked name to edit the details of a report. Please note, only the administrator that created a scheduled report can edit or delete the report in EBSCOadmin.

From the Modify Schedule window, you can change the Schedule Expiration date, as well as update the Report Format, Address, and Subject line. Click Modify to save your changes.
