What questions do you ask and what answers do you receive?  How do you quality assure the work of school leaders? How do governors feed into the change management process? Have there been any permanent exclusions in the last two years? What about managed moves? How do you support the LT in achieving sustained progress of disadvantaged pupils? How do you measure the impact of the money spent? Could you quantify the improvement/impact of the PP strategy? Have you noticed any trends in exclusions and attendance of vulnerable groups?    Saint Cecilia’s Church of England School Southwark Diocesan Board of Education
