Erasmus+ Program – for students with special needs for support
Who - Students with physical, mental or health-related conditions – with special needs for support How - Apply for extra financial support – contact SDU International (students who are already qualified by SPS at SDU are eligible for extra financial support) - Benefit from the local support services at the host university

Application – how to do it
Application online - choose ”apply here” The green ”sticks” are open for application Show in the application that you have found 30 ECTS at host university – have to be relevant to YOUR study To be sent later Pre-approval from study board If Erasmus+: Learning Agreement or Training Agreement Letter of admission or contract for traineeship and pre-approval 24 August 2016

Timetable in preparation for your overseas exchange stay
Now Find out where you want to go and check for relevant courses Contact student advisor / check with your SDU curriculum Nov. 1st Deadline for application for overseas exchange places for autumn semester 2018 and spring semester 2019. Apply online on End Dec. You will be notified if you have been nominated for an exchange place or not After nomination Apply to the university and wait for final acceptance Apply for pre-approval of subjects by your study board You will receive mail regaring application for grant Apply for housing, buy plane tickets, insurance etc.
