We claim that the future will be affected by three drivers: Digitalization, Globalization and Innovation.
We will discuss the challenges of creating a culture that foster innovation and can attract, retain and motivate talented employees.”

3. COACHING BY VALUES
Coaching by Values TM is an innovative, thorough, systematic and integrated approach to coaching. It is based on concept and methodology developed by Prof. Simon L. Dolan and is recognized as an official school of thought in the field by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
It offers revealing ideas to individuals about their own personal success and how they fit into their respective family, work group, the larger organizational culture, or even to their community.

4. PROF. SIMON DOLAN
Dr. Simon L. Dolan, founder and creator of the Coaching for Values concept, is author and coauthor of more than 64 books in management, psychology and health, published in many languages. Some of his books are listed on the bestselling list of some global publishers, i.e. McGraw Hill, Palgrave- MacMillan, Pearson, etc.
He is the president and founder of GESTION M.D.S Inc. of Montreal-Canada, a worldwide consulting firm known for the quality of its services for over 34 years.

Dr. Christian Acosta-Flamma is an international leader with a passion for technology, talents and innovation. Former SAP Vice President (Solution Management HCM, Solution Management Mobile Enterprise) he is founder and CEO of TELANTO, which develops and commercializes the Academic Business Cloud - connecting company challenges to students anywhere in the world.
He brings in a solid management track-record at C-level, including direct responsibility for managing large teams in international environments and complex matrix organizations.
