…communications, networking and service efficiencies.
Go! Vermont - Your Transportation Resource As your transportation resource, the website and resources will continue to improve …communications, networking and service efficiencies. Changing a long-time behavior is not easy. Especially if you are a leader in a workplace. Who wants to leave the convenience of their car--to lose on coming and going as we please? This is especially true for those with the means. Truth is a large percentage of rural Vermonters are struggling, even those with the means. If you are looking for guidance on how to lead your company to the next level, my recommended reading today is Simon Sinek’s—How Great Leaders….inspire trust, cooperation and change! We have those leaders in Vermont, and a few of these businesses I will highlight. The truth is, we must move to “shared mobility”, while gas prices are low, this is the perfect time.. Why, because we are in uncertain economic, social ecological times. And we must be responsible for this and future generations. Change is happening– lets get ready for the return of high gas prices, limited resources, and rising costs associated with accessing fossil fuels. The shift to a secure economic future will strengthen our social ecological resilience. Imagine if we were to band together and drive carpooling participation….what would it take and what do you need to help advance shared mobility? ConnectingCommuters.org
