Mobility Management Coordinates with transportation providers to increase efficiency Improves access and reduces costs for providers and riders Forms partnerships with regional agencies, employers and other stakeholders to provide more transportation choices in Missouri. Expands the Mobility Management Program to better serve Missouri residents. Mobility Management

GOALS Overcome transportation challenges by working with existing transportation providers to help people with disabilities older adults and low income individuals More people will get rides to work and other destinations

Need a ride in Missouri? MORIDES.ORG MO RIDES was launched
December 18, 2014 Many of you may have heard of the MO Rides.org website. Our website is a user friendly site. The site was launched for public use December 18, The site offers a wealth of information. (As shown in the top picture here) When you first access the site you see various tabs you can select. When the Need A Ride tab is selected the site will direct you to: (The second screen shot.) On this page you will see a list of all 114 counties in Missouri. You will select the county that you live in and a list of available transportation providers will be displayed. When you select a specific provider the site will provide you with contact information for the transportation provider. It’s that easy! Need a ride in Missouri?

I am the Mobility Manager for MRPC. I have been asked to provide an update on accomplishments to date on the Mobility Management Transportation Plan. I began working with the Mobility Transportation Plan on September 8, 2015 Once I became orientated with the plan I immediately began the process of introduction. Many of you may have received the blast I sent out introducing myself.

DD Board) to promote quality services for persons who have developmental disabilities and reside in Warren County.

SUCCESS STORIES Dialysis patient needed a ride from Wright City to Troy. Transit provider suggested she change her dialysis to Wentzville and suggested a time that another patient went to same facility. Cost of trip was reduced from $70 to $8 round trip. Surgery patient needed to go from Montgomery City to St. Charles. Worked with transit provider to stop in New Florence for the pick up, and stop again in St. Charles to return her to New Florence. Vision impaired person needed to go from Warrenton to Columbia. Transit provider stopped at the Warrenton Commuter lot to pick rider up.
