Classroom Management Third Grade Bucks:
Purpose: to reinforce positive behavior, familiarize students with economics, and emphasize saving money How this will look: everyday students will have numerous opportunities to earn money for positive behavior. Students may also be asked to pay money for negative behaviors. Students will be encouraged to save their money to purchase items from the Fifth Grade Store. Once a month, there will be a “marketplace” where they can spend their money (We’d love donations!!) If they save their money, they can use it on bigger prizes like lunch with the teacher, sitting in the teacher’s chair, etc. They can earn as many dollars a day as they deserve!

Friday Folder Red Folder: should come home every Friday
Completed and graded assignments Important notes from office, teachers, after school programs, etc. Please Return folder empty on Monday Third Grade News will be posted on the website and will also be ed to you on Friday evening. Check your child’s Homeroom Page, and Math teacher/Reading teacher’s page for items specific to their homeroom or reading or math class. These will be updated as important information comes up. Use 8 Pocket Folder for correspondence (signed papers, etc.). is the best way of communicating with us.
