Established in 1981, 501(c)(6) nonprofit, membership organization Located in Jackson, MS 14 staff positions Mission: To support members in efforts to provide equal access to quality, comprehensive primary healthcare Organizational Members: 21 Community Health Centers (CHCs) CHCs also referred to as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) Other membership types include: Associate members, Business members, Individual members
