The Competitive Offer Model – Intervention by another name and a race to the bottom
The Regulatory Model – it’s Anti - Competitive
Industry Code of Conduct – to encourage honesty, impartiality and good behaviour – Why?
Consumer education – if it helps – yes but what about what we do now?
