4 Discuss Environmental Impact
Non-biodegradable plastics do not break down in nature. This is problematic: Small pieces of plastic can be eaten by animals, causing them to choke. Plastic bags and rings can trap fish. Plastic contains harmful chemicals which are released when burned or decayed.
