Community Benefits Society with charitable status, act as a Community Land Trust Commit to building/assisting in the build of 1000 houses towards Leeds 70,000 target Pool our expertise, experience and networks Be a hub for people and organisations to come to and to link them with each other, national organisations, help find land, funding Community led affordable housing - models may include affordable homes to sell, shared ownership and build for affordable rent Community Share Issue later this year Event(s) awareness raising, fund raising and pulling in people who want to self build and other people who want to support and help fund
