Description: A new service, p-ret-adm-03 (Advanced General Retrieval Form), has been developed.
It is similar to p-ret-adm-01 (General Retrieval Form), but includes two major improvements.

Instead of 5 fields of values for each filter, there is one single field where it is possible to enter up to 20 values, separated by semicolons.
For each filter, an option of "exclude" has been added: it is possible to choose values to be excluded.
