11 Storage facilities Lockers provide storage for individual’s equipment so that it can be left on site. Short term and long term allocation.

How do we ensure those who will benefit most get access to resources? Only seven workstations in Assistive Technology room Referrals from Disability Services Long term and short term loans (12 lockers) Alternatives: bookable study space, site licensed software, ergonomic equipment to customise any workstation.

Catalogued equipment- not confined: Laptops & Digital recorders What if equipment gets broken/damaged/stolen? You owe us £500! Non-catalogued equipment- confined to the library: Ergonomic equipment Coloured overlays Labelled and security protected

18 Practical considerations/issues to think about
Who can help adjust the chairs and equipment? How do we advertise? More provision across the branches
