Actuarial Club is an sub-organization of Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS)
Membership in the Actuarial Club is obtained by joining and paying dues to GIS
You can still join another business fraternity
Together with Gamma Iota Sigma, we host a variety of events that is beneficial to our students.
Industry Speakers, Company Visits, Social Events, Volunteer Opportunities, Professional Development Events and many more

International Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science Collegiate Fraternity
Host events to help students gain more knowledge of the insurance industry, create networks and much more.
Katie School of Insurance has many connections in the industry
Helpful when looking for an internship or job

Complete an application
Turn in the Application to Katie School, SFHB 432, along with membership dues
Attend at least 4 Actuarial Club events
Attend at least 2 Gamma Iota Sigma events
GIS General Meetings will not count as an event unless you bring 5 canned goods to donate
Usually have sign-up sheets for GIS events in the Katie School, SFHB 432
