October: Softball Skill workouts
Monday October 17 – Seniors
Monday October 24 – Juniors
Tuesday October 25 – Sophomores
Thursday October 27 – Freshmen
November & December: Every Monday & Wednesday Strength and Conditioning (11 days)
Softball family dinners at local restaurants:
40+ people attended in November and December
December & January: Pitcher/Catcher Workouts on Tuesdays (5 days)
January & early February: Senior led softball workouts (5 days)

7. REAGAN RAIDERS SOFTBALL 2012
Tryouts Format
6-7 coaches at three to four stations
Every player will have an evaluation form filled out by a coach after each station
You will be scored 1 to 5 with an explanation
After three days coaches will review all evaluations to make final decision
Every player will be personally told by Coach Berlinger if she made the team and if so, what role she will have
Be sure to inform parents that the night of February 15 may last much later than 6:30

No guarantees:
If you made the team last year it does not mean you will make the team this year
If you have been coming to workouts it does not mean you will make the team
If you have NOT been coming to workouts you still have the opportunity to make the team

Are you getting ready for Tryouts????
Right now you should be throwing, pitching, running, swinging, and hitting during spare time
If you make the team there will be NO:
Tardiness to practice
Missing practice
Complaining or drama
Selfishness

Summer 2012 looking to create a travel team to Reagan players together
Fall 2012 we will have a softball academy in September for 7th-12th graders
Fall 2012 looking to create a fall team to potentially play other high schools in the area
Spring 2013 possibly play in Spring Break Tournament
Summer 2013 possibly conduct Softball Camp for ages 8-16
