Locating the Arts and Science Humanities department at the center of the campus reinforces the college’s commitment to a liberal arts education. Using the natural interior “street” to incorporate offices for student advisory functions further strengthens the commitment to educate students on many levels. Renovation to accommodate new programs including adequate ventilation. Lecture Halls: Upgrade of teaching technology Renovate seating & lighting Study ADA compliance General: Replace floor (asbestos) Study common space to incorporate lounge areas and furnishings Study connection to library lower level 5-10

Lanigan Hall - 88,200 SF Built in 1967 The main lecture halls on campus are located in Lanigan Hall. Upgrade of lecture halls as well as the renovation of the lower level will reinforce the building’s function as the communications hub of the campus Identify Entry Landscape area in front of building 5-11
