NHRI.EU: Introduction EU grant managed by DIHR (2015-2018)
Capacity building for GANHRI and regional networks Capacity building for NHRIs across the world Capacity Building for NHRIs: blended learning 4 themes: ESCR, HRE, B&HR, M&R 3 stages: online course; workshop; application for implementation grant (+/- 15,000) Participation: 15 facilitated; 1 grant; online course is ‘stand alone’ DIHR = course facilitator, regional networks = regional coordinators Advisory Group designed the project together. ESCR Blended Learning – E-learning
Course facilitators: DIHR + CESR Facilitated e-learning: August 2017 General scope, not much regional adaptation 6 modules: Outline ESCR, state responsibilities, intnat mech NHRI and promotion/ protection ESCR Discrimination; overview of stakeholders ESCR data analysis (collection; provision; disaggreg.) Evaluation of resources (tax/ budget analysis) SDGs (Merida Declaration; goal 16 (accountability); goal 17 (partnerships)) – DIHR database

Face 2 face workshop: 4 days, back to back with next ESR Platform (September 2017, Latvia) Much scope for regional adaptation (including through case-studies; (Skype) participation to WS ...) What is your opinion? WG key resource person(s) for input to DIHR course facilitators?
