4 Did you know… 1 in 5 women struggle with an eating disorder or disordered eating 20% of those with an eating disorder are women between the ages of 12 and 25. 11% of high school students have been diagnosed with an eating disorder. 51% of 9 to 10 year old girls say they feel better if they are on a diet.

5 What is An Eating Disorder (ED)?
A psychological disorder where a person becomes preoccupied with food or weight. There are several types of eating disorders.

17 What is Anxiety? Generalized anxiety disorder is when a person is constantly experiencing anxiety and it interferes with daily activities. Anxiety: a state of distress as a result of fear.
