Main purposes of job 1.  To have overall responsibility for the operation of regular meetings, set agendas in discussion with members (in particular the chair) and ensure a clear record of business is maintained and actions are taken forward as agreed. 2.  Undertake administrative duties in relation to local leagues and FAs including: team and player registrations; competition entries, ongoing liaison e.g. on disciplinary or on fines imposed. 3. Work with the WAJFC Welfare Officer to ensure club personnel have qualifications as required by their role. Key tasks Management of regular meetings of members and committee. Ensure all teams, players and managers are appropriately registered with respective local leagues and that associated administrative tasks are managed as required. Maintain club records and manage correspondence as required with other parties. Ensure decision making is informed and appropriate and to vote in or out of committee on decisions in the best interests of the club in accordance with the operating procedures and constitution. Act as Verification Officer for WAJFC. 6. Work with Management committee to maintain WAJFC as a Charter Standard club. Key results/objectives Ensure the required number of meetings happen each year to meet the requirements of the constitution and the operating procedures of the club and members are informed. Ensure that all teams from different age groups are registered as required and are conducting business according to league rules and requirements throughout the season. Ensure club maintains qualification requirements.
