Modular Construction – Product Research
Intent of the study – does modular construction… …include one and two story options? …deliver schedule and/or cost savings? …come with a DSA pre-approval stamp? …meet the District’s interior & exterior design quality standard? Modular is not appropriate for all projects, but is there a place for modular construction in the Measure H program? Possible options: SW Center – Classrooms and Student Services? PSTC – Multi-purpose Room? Shone Farm – Laboratory or Classroom? Santa Rosa – Classroom building (interior of campus only) or long term swing space? Samples of Work Product Team is reviewing multiple vendors and products
